The group chat is open for general discussion, planning, and event-related conversation on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Online game night events take place on a bi-weekly basis. All necessary information, links, and updates are shared directly to the group ahead of each event.

By joining this group, you agree to the terms and expectations below.

1. 1. Respect

   All members are expected to treat one another with kindness and basic decency. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and personal attacks will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Healthy competition is encouraged and celebrated — toxic behaviour is not.

2. 2. Inclusivity

   This is a space for everyone. Welcome new members, help them settle in, and keep interactions friendly. Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content has no place here. We expect members to respect different backgrounds, opinions, and skill levels at all times.

3. 3. Fair play

   Play honestly and follow the rules of each game. Cheating, exploiting loopholes unfairly, and deliberately disrupting gameplay undermine the experience for everyone. Accept your wins and losses with good sportsmanship.

4. 4. Staying on topic

   This community exists primarily for game nights, event planning, gaming discussions, and community engagement. Please limit unrelated messages, excessive forwarding, and spam. Any promotional content must be approved by an administrator before being shared.

5. 5. Spam

   Repetitive messages, excessive emojis, chain messages, and unsolicited advertisements are not allowed. Do not send private promotions to other members without their explicit consent. Please report any unsolicited advertisements so the admins can deal with them appropriately.

6. 6. Privacy

   Do not share screenshots, personal information, phone numbers, or conversations from this group outside of it without the explicit permission of the people involved. Please respect the confidentiality of all members.

7. 7. Event participation

   RSVP to events when possible — it helps organisers plan effectively and ensures the best possible experience for everyone. Be punctual for scheduled game sessions.

8. 8. Voice notes & media

   Keep voice notes concise and relevant. Share media that adds value to the community and avoid flooding the chat with large volumes of content. Videos should be sent as “view once”.

9. 9. Conflict resolution

   Disagreements happen. When they do, discuss them respectfully and in good faith. If a situation cannot be resolved between the parties involved, contact an admin. Admin decisions are made in the interest of protecting the community and should be respected.

10. 10. Zero tolerance

    Certain actions may result in immediate removal from the community with no prior warning. These include harassment or threats of any kind, hate speech or discriminatory language, sharing illegal, harmful, or explicit content, repeated spamming after warnings, and deliberately ruining events or disrupting the community.
